Modernus butas Vilniaus širdyje
Pačioje Vilniaus miesto širdyje esantis butas – išskirtinis, turintis kultūros paveldo vertingųjų savybių – lipdiniai ant lubų. Užsakovui pageidaujant švaros, estetikos ir moderno jausmo – visa tai buvo užkonservuota ir saugiai „paslėpta“ po pakabinamomis lubomis. Projektavimo tikslas buvo naujas funkcinių zonų išplanavimas pritaikant jas keturių asmenų šeimai. Stengiamasi sukurti jaukų interjerą kuris dvelktų raminančia atmosfera. Tam tikslui pasirinkta natūralios apdailos medžiagos ir šiltas žemės spalvų koloritas.
Bendras buto plotas 85 kv.m. Įėjus į butą nedidelė holo erdvė atskiriama stiklo pertvara pro kurią puikiai atsiveria vaizdas į bendrą gyvenamą erdvę ir virtuvės zoną. Čia dominuojantys rudai žali atspalviai puikiai dera su dekoratyviu betonu dengtomis sienomis. Pagrindinis svetianės akcentas – didelių gabaritų ryškus paveikslas. Vaikų kambariuose taip pat dominuoja purvini žemiškų spalvų tonai. Spalvų paletė – viena pagrindinių interjero kūrimo priemonių, todėl visi integruojami baldai žaidžia spalvų žaismą. Dominuoja baltos, antracito, sendinto ąžuolo, surūdyjusio metalo spalvos.
Butui prabangos suteikia kruopščiai apgalvotos smulkios detalės: radiatorių paslėpimas, subtilus aukso elementų įterpimas visumoje. Jaukumui ir užbaigtumui išgauti visame bute naudojamos vieningo audinio užuolaidos. Visame bute vyrauja darna ir vieningumas.

Located in the very heart of Vilnius city, the apartment is unique and has valuable features of cultural heritage - moldings on the ceiling. As the client wanted cleanliness, aesthetics and a modern feel - all this was preserved and safely "hidden" under the suspended ceiling. The goal of the design was a new layout of functional areas, adapting them to a family of four. Efforts are being made to create a cozy interior that exudes a soothing atmosphere. For that purpose, natural finishing materials and warm earth colors were chosen.
The total area of the apartment is 85 sq.m. Upon entering the apartment, a small hall space is separated by a glass partition through which a view of the common living space and the kitchen area opens up. Here, the dominant brown-green shades go well with the walls covered with decorative concrete. The main highlight of the living room is a large, bright painting. Children's rooms are also dominated by dirty tones of earthy colors. The color palette is one of the main tools for interior design, so all integrated furniture plays a game of colors. The dominant colors are white, anthracite, aged oak, and rusted metal.
Luxury is given to the apartment by carefully thought out small details: hiding radiators, delicate insertion of gold elements in the whole. Curtains of the same fabric are used throughout the apartment for coziness and completeness. Harmony and unity prevail in the whole apartment.
