Kompaktiškas dviejų kambarių butas, Baltupiuose, Vilniuje. Buto plotas apie 50 kv.m., kuriuose turime svetainę su virtuvės – salos zona, izoliuotą miegamąjį, sanmazgą ir erdvų balkoną. Dalis buto yra po kaimyninio buto terasa, ko pasekoje turime skirtingą lubų lygį – pradžioje tai atrodė kaip minusas, tačiau jį paryškinus, pavyko paversti išskirtinumu – aukščių skirtumas yra ties sala – centrine bendros svetainės virtuvės, ašimi, tai natūraliai zonuoja virtuvės ir poilsio zonas. Aukštesnėje plokštumoje sumontuoti ąžuolu faneruoti mdf brūseliai.

The area of the apartment is about 50 square meters, where we have a living room with a kitchen-island area, an isolated bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. Part of the apartment is under the terrace of the neighboring apartment, as a result of which we have a different ceiling level - at the beginning it seemed like a minus, but after highlighting it, we managed to turn it into an exception - the height difference is at the island - the central axis of the common living room kitchen, which naturally zones the kitchen and lounge areas. Oak veneered slats are installed on the higher plane.
