85 kv.m. buto rekonstrukcijos projekte svarbiausia buvo nesugadinti bei išsaugoti esamus gerus, autentiškus sprendinius ir su šiuolaikiškais baldais, apšvietimo sprendimais interjero dekoro elementais pabrėžti „seno ir naujo“ draugystę. Nuspręstą atidengti dar daugiau autentiškų plytų pertvarinėse buto sienose, kurios slypėjo po storu tinko sluoksniu, įskaitant ir vonios kambarį, kuriame virš juodo marmuro, plytelės taip pat atidengtas, bei nišiniu apšvietimu paryškintas plytų sienos motyvas.
Svetainės zonoje beveik 4 metrų lubos išnaudojamos masyviems, bet kartu ir elegantiškiems kabantiems šviestuvams eksponuoti – jie stebuklingai užpildo erdvę jos neapkraunant tačiau kartu sukuriant dekoratyvų šviesos šaltinį visai bendrai namų zonai.

In the 85 sq.m. apartment reconstruction project, the most important thing was not to preserve the existing good, authentic solutions and to emphasize the friendship of "old and new" with modern furniture, lighting solutions and interior decor elements.
It was decided to expose even more of the authentic brick in the partition walls of the apartment, which were hidden under a thick layer of plaster, including in the bathroom, where the brick wall motif is also exposed above the black marble tiles and highlighted by niche lighting.
In the living room area, the almost 4-meter ceiling is used to display massive, but at the same time, elegant hanging lamps - they magically fill the space without burdening it, but at the same time creating a decorative light source for the entire common area of the house.
