Butas Manufaktūrų gatvėje šalia Vilnelės
Drąsių, jaunos sielos žmonių pora persikraustė į Vilnių arčiau vaikų ir anūkų. Kartu su jais į modernų rajoną atkeliavo ir širdžiai brangūs, gerus prisiminimus saugantys daiktai iš kitų buvusių namų, jų jaunystės – labai įvairūs ir sunkiai derantys tarpusavyje. Jie būtinai turėjo atsirasti naujame 100 kvadratų, trijų kambarių bute.
Kad senieji daiktai derėtų ir atsiskleistų, foną nusprendėme daryti kuo neutralesnį, sterilesnį. Didžiąjame kambaryje kur galėjome sienas ir lubas palikome betonines. Miegamuosiuose dėl jaukumo ir charakterio suteikimo, pasirinkome lygų dažymą. Kambarius apjungia koridorius, iškaltas natūralaus lukšto skydais. Jiems parinkome XX amžiaus vidurio baldams būdingą rudą atspalvį. Į interjerą įpinti ir nepavaldūs laikui 70-80 metais dizainerių sukurti baldai, kurie ir tapo interjero akcentu. O senieji daiktai gražiai viską papildė ir suteikė individualaus prieskonio.
Bet svarbiausia šiame bute tapo langas į prabangią terasą, kur susirenka visa šeima. Ant čia suformuoto masyvaus medžio suolo galima sėdėti ir stebėti, kaip keičiasi medžiai ir upė nuneša laiką.
Apartment on Manufaktūrų street near the Vilnelė
A couple of brave, young souls moved to Vilnius in order to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Together with them, possessions that are dear to the heart and preserve good memories came to the modern district from other former homes, their youth. This diversity of styles proved to be difficult to harmonize as the possesions definitely had to appear in the new 100-square-meter, three-room apartment. We decided to make the background as neutral and sterile as possible so that the said possesions and furniture fit together and revealed themselves.
In the big room, wherever possible, we tried to preserve the concrete ceiling and walls. Whereas in the bedrooms, for coziness and character, we decided to paint and smoothen them out. The rooms are connected by corridors carved with natural shell panels. For them, we chose a shade of brown, typical of mid-20th century furniture.
The interior incorporates timeless furniture created by designers in the 70s and 80s, which became the accent of the interior, with the old possessions beautifully complementing each other and adding individual taste. Nonetheless, the most important thing in this apartment is the window to the luxurious terrace, where the whole family gathers. You can sit on the massive wooden bench and watch how the trees sway and the river carries away the time.
