Biuras be triukšmo

Tai šiuolaikiškas „atvirojo ofiso“ principo biuras, su galimybe dalytis darbo vietomis (angl. no assigned desks), kuriame nėra hierarchijos ženklų (vadovai dirba kartu su darbuotojais), ryškių pertvarų, patalpų. Aukšti akustiniai reikalavimai buvo įgyvendinti interjere naudojant kuo daugiau garsą sugeriančių medžiagų lubose, sienose, grindyse. Inovatyvūs sprendimai leido ir sukurti autentišką aplinką, atspindinčią ten dirbančių žmonių grupės savitumą, ir išvengti triukšmo darbo aplinkoje.

The open office layout with no assigned desks reflects the company’s culture in which there is no strong hierarchy (the directors sit side by side with employees) and no barrier of communication (large meeting table or partitions) exists. In such open office the main challenge was how to control the noise. On the ceiling, high sound absorbing ceiling panels were used while leaving the edges open to the concrete structure to maintain the spaciousness. The floor carpet has the special sound absorbing backing to increase the echoing sound in the office. The walls were covered with special acoustic materials to prevent noise from echoing back and forth. The result was the office where although a conversation can be heard but that doesn’t bother others since the noise doesn’t travel far and there is no disturbing echoes.
