Šio interjero plėtojimui pasirinktos keturios kryptys: gamybos žaliava, resursų tausojimas, vidinė darbuotojų gerovė bei komfortas.
Pagrindiniai dekoratyviniai elementai biure atspindi žaliavą. Tarkime, smėlis (viena iš sudedamųjų stiklo dalių) ir aliuminis pažvelgus iš arčiau yra sudaryti iš netvarkingos sekos mažų, į apskritimą panašių formų. Sienų ir lubų akustinių panelių raštas – lyg žvilgsnis per mikroskopą į kasdien naudojamas gamybos medžiagas. Panašių elementų atsiranda ir tokiose interjero detalėse kaip veidrodžiai, baldai, ant vitrinų klijuojamos plėvelės.
Resursų tausojimas – tai tvarus medžiagų pasirinkimas. Interjere dominuoja natūralaus medžio tekstūra, akmuo. Kiliminė danga atkartoja nepaliestą gamtos natūralių uolėtų kraštovaizdžių grožį ir palaiko nuolatinį įsipareigojimą saugoti trapius planetos gamtos išteklius. Tokiu būdu į biurą saikingai įvedėme ir gamtos elementus.
Daug dėmesio skyrėme ir pačiam darbuotojui bei jo gerovei. Suprojektuotos šviesios, patogios ir ergonomiškos darbo vietos, o visame biure naudojami reguliuojamo aukščio stalai, tad kūno gerove galima rūpintis ir savo darbo vietoje. Papildomai numatyta keletas poilsio zonų, kavos zonos, sporto salė bei kitos būtiniausios patalpos, reikalingos funkcionaliai biuro veiklai.

Several directions were developed in this interior: raw material of production, resource conservation, internal well-being and comfort of employees.
The main decorative elements in the office reflect the raw material. Let's say sand, one of the constituents of glass, aluminum when viewed up close is made up of a random sequence of small circle-like shapes. The pattern of the wall and ceiling acoustic panels is like looking through a microscope at the production materials used every day. Similar elements also appear in other interior details such as mirrors, furniture, and films are pasted on showcases.
Conservation of resources is a sustainable choice of materials. The texture of natural wood, stone dominates. The carpet echoes the unspoiled beauty of nature's natural rocky landscapes and supports an ongoing commitment to protecting the planet's fragile natural resources. In this way, we also introduced elements of nature into the office in moderation.
We paid a lot of attention to the employee himself and his well-being. Ergonomic workplaces were designed to be bright and comfortable. Height-adjustable desks were used throughout the office, so you can take care of your well-being at your workplace. In addition, several rest areas, coffee areas, a gym and other necessary facilities required for the functional office operation were also developed with a lot of care.
