Sodyba prie Molėtų

Tai 254 m2 sodyba prie ežero, šalia Molėtų. Patalpos, skirtos tiek gyvenimui, tiek poilsiui, buvo įrengtos buvusiame ūkiniame pastate. Teko prisitaikyti prie gyvenamai erdvei visai nepalankių sąlygų – apšiltinti sienas, atstatyti kadaise buvusį židinį ir suprojektuoti jam tinkančią apdailą.... Su pjautų lentų sienomis taip pat teko „susidraugauti“, jas nuvalyti, „pataisyti“ atspalvį... Pagrindinėj poilsiui ir bendravimui skirtoje erdvėje lentų sienas suderinau su grubiu, minkštos tekstūros tinku ir balinto ąžuolo durimis bei baldais. Tinko sienose palikau akmens cokolio fragmentus.Virtuvėje reikėjo atnaujinti matomas laikančias konstrukcijas – senas, grubiai nutašytas sijas, derančias prie grubaus sienų tinko.Baldai taip pat sendinti, dažyti balintos ochros spalva.Antrame aukšte buvo įrengta miegamoji ir rekreacinė zona su sauna-dušu ir burbuline vonia. Senas lubų apdailos lenteles reikėjo atnaujinti ir suteikti joms patrauklią spalvą.Pastato erdvė ir kaimo aplinkos nuotaika padiktavo ir baldų stilių – klasikinį ir šiek tiek dvelkiantį praeitimi...

This 250 m2 homestead at the lake, next to Molėtai. Premises for both life and recreation, has been installed in a former farm building. We had to adapt to living space quite unfavorable conditions - to insulate the walls, restore onetime focus and design it fits finish .... With sawn plank walls also had to "make friends", clean, repair the shade ... the main relaxation and socializing dedicated space plank walls harmonize with rough, soft texture of plaster and bleached oak doors and furniture. Plaster walls left the stone plinth fragments. The kitchen needed to update the visible bearing structures - the old, roughly lay the beams that match rough plaster walls. The furniture artificially dyed bleached ocher color.The second floor has been equipped with a sleeping room and recreational area with a sauna-shower and Jacuzzi. The old ceiling finishing tables needed to be updated and to give them an attractive color.The building and the rural environment dictated by the mood and style of furniture - a classic and a little, breathing thing of the past ...
