Butas Naujamiestyje

Butas yra istoriniame, 20 a. pradžios statybos name. Užduotis buvo ne tik jį rekonstruoti, bet ir pritaikyti šiuolaikinės šeimos patogiam gyvenimui. Tad teko ne tik išsaugoti gražias erdves, bet ir perplanuoti sovietmečiu atsiradusias keistas, nenaudingas patalpas ir nelogiškai išdėstytus sanmazgus. Spalvinis sprendimas buvo pairinktas „neutralus“, nerėžiantis akies. Taip pat palikta galimybė naujiems, kol kas nežinomiems šeimininkams sudėlioti savo akiai malonius akcentus.

The apartment is in historic 20 a. construction house. The task was not only to reconstruct it, but to adapt it to the comfortable life of a modern family. Thus, not only did we preserve the beautiful spaces, but we also had to reorganize the strange, useless spaces and illegally arranged clichés that appeared during the Soviet period. The color solution was "neutral", without eye-catching. There is also a possibility for new, yet unknown owners to put their eyes on the accents.
