The Blue Lagoon
The soft lines, pastel colors, the splash of the ocean create HOME, which inspires to dream and relax after the daily jobs.„Less is more“- is the basic idea of the interior. The space of the ground floor has a few primary solids. A big piece of furniture separates the hall and the kitchen. There is a wardrobe on the hall side and the kitchen equipment on the other side. So the space of the kitchen remains large with minimalistic countertop with a few integral cupboards and drawers. The other big solid in living space is aquarium. It is the main accent of the interior and also the expression of the clients dream to have a speck of the ocean at home. The equipment of aquarium is composed inside the furniture under and above the aquarium. The curved form of the aquarium was produced using special acrylic material, whic could hold inside the huge pressure of the water.The main forms have been rounded to make the home soft and cozy. Curved details are also reflecting on ceiling, staircase, bathrooms.
