Butas uostamiestyje

Butas uostamiestyje, įsikūręs viename iš sparčiai augančių modernių miesto mikrorajonų. Buto funkcija – nuomojami apartamentai savaitgaliui atvykstantiems svečiams, be abejo tai darė įtaką ir interjero dizaino koncepciją. Kuriant interjero erdvę buvo atsižvelgta tiek į praktinę, tiek estetinę pusę. Erdvė padalinta į du aukštus, pergolės pagalba išnaudotas pastogės plotas, kur suformuota erdvi miegamojo zona su integruotais baldais stogo šlaite. Po pergole atsirado maisto gaminimo zona – virtuvė, visa kita erdvė palikta svetainės ir poilsio zonai. Sienų koloritui parinkta „Pearly white“ spalva, erdvės efektui sustiprinti. Šilumos bei jaukumo efektui sustiprinti, įvesta medžio apdaila, interjere bei jo dekoro detalėse įsivyravo platus pilkų, melsvų, rusvų – Lietuvos pajūrį primenačių tonų spektras, susijungiantis su miesto architektūrai būdingais geometriniais motyvais, kurie akcentuoti juodos, grafito ir aukso spalvomis.

A port city apartment

A port city apartment, located in one of the fast growing modern neighborhoods of the city. The function of the property - rental apartments for weekend guests - undoubtedly influenced the interior design concept. Both the practical and the aesthetic aspects were taken into consideration when designing the interior space. The space is divided into two floors. A pergola helped to make use of the attic, where a spacious sleeping area with integrated furniture on the roof slope is formed. Underneath the pergola lays the kitchen, while the rest of the space is left for the living room, dining and lounge areas. The colour of the walls is “Pearly white” which helps to enhance the effect of the space. To enhance the warmth and cosiness, wood finishes were introduced. A wide range of gray, bluish, brownish tones, mimicking the Lithuanian seashore, prevailed in the interior and its décor, while merging with geometric motifs of city’s urban architecture, accented by black, graphite and gold colours.
