Kotedžas Baltupiuose
Charakteringi, išraiškingi ir kontrastingi namai. Gyvenamoji erdvė – pailga patalpa, kurioje vienoje pusėje dėstoma svetainė, kitoje –virtuvė. Šias erdves apjugia per vidurį esantis didelis valgomojo stalas. Svetainė nuo įėjimo holo atskirta ažūrine medinių bruselių sienute, kuri tarnauja ir kaip laiptų turėklas. Nedidelėje vonioje pavyko ergonomiškai sutalpinti ne tik erdvų dušą, bet ir laisvai pastatomą vonią, talpią praustuvo spintelę ir WC. Miegamojo zonavimui pasirinktas lovos pasukimas veidu į langą, o jai už nugaros prie kambario durų, atskyrus su spinta, įkurdinta drabužinė. Aplink langą suprojektuotos papildomos pasidėjimo spintos, sukuriančios plačią palangę, galinčią tarnauti atsisėdimui. Apdailinėmis plokštėmis įrėmintas miegamojo perimetras suskaido aukštą sieną ir kuria jaukumo jausmą.
Interjere nebijota rinktis tamsesnes, kontrastingesnes spalvas, ryškesnes, gyvesnes faktūras ir akcentus. Pasirinktos natūralios medžiagos – medis, betonas, plytos, metalas. Ant tamsesnių paviršių ir apdailos medžiagų faktūrų puikiai atsiskleidžia natūraios šviesos žaismas. Visi sprendimai kuria savitus ir jaukius namus.

Expressive and contrasting home. Main space is a long room with a kitchen on one side and a living room on the other. These spaces are connected by a large dining table in the middle. The living room is separated from the entrance hall by an openwork wooden wall, which also serves as a stair railing. The small bathroom managed to ergonomically accommodate not only a spacious shower, but also a free-standing bath, a spacious sink cabinet and a toilet. Bedroom zoning incorporates bed facing the window with a closet placed behind the bed, creating a wardrobe space separated from the rest of the room. Additional storage cabinets have been designed around the window, creating a wide window sill that can serve as a seat. The perimeter of the bedroom framed by wood panels splits the high wall and creates a feeling of coziness.
In this interior darker, more contrasting colors, vivid textures and accents were chosen bravely. Selected natural materials - wood, concrete, bricks, metal. On darker surfaces and textures of finishing materials, the play of natural light is perfectly revealed. All solutions create a characteristic and cozy home.
