Nedidelis vieno miegamojo naujos statybos būstas pradėtas projektuoti pertvarkant vidines erdves. Jo išskirtinumas – lenktų linijų sienų elementai ir netikėtas betono tekstūros bei prigesinto pastelinio rožinio kolorito derinys. Šis derinys kontrastuoja tarpusavyje sukurdamas tam tikrą jaukią pojūčių pusiausvyrą tarp šilto ir šalto, grubaus ir minkšto. Pagrindinės interjero dominantės padiktuotos namo fasado stilistikos – betono struktūros plokštumos, kurios paliktos tiek buto išorinėse sienose tiek lubose, bei juodos vertikalės besikartojančios ir eksterjere ir interjere. Projektuojamos nematomos durys, projektuojami ir parinkti lakoniško dizaino baldai, atsisakyta bet kokių puošnių detalių, vien tam, kad pagrindinis dėmesys bute atitektų svarbiausiam dekoratyviam šios erdvės elementui – dviem besilenkiančiom, rožinio kolorito plokštumom. Būsto paskirtis – nuomai. Tad nepabūgom būti šioje erdvėje drąsesni tiek sprendinių tiek kolorito prasme, sąmoningai norėdami išsiskirti bendrame nuomai skirtų būstų kontekste.

This small one-bedroom new construction apartment was designed starting from rearranging the interior spaces. Its uniqueness - the elements of the curved line walls together with unexpected combination of concrete texture and muted pastel pink color. Such combination contrasts with each other creating a certain cozy balance of sensations between warm and cold, rough and soft. The main dominants of the interior are impeled by the stylistics of the facade of the house - concrete structure planes, which are left in the external walls as well as the ceiling of the apartment, and the black verticals are repeated in both the exterior and interior. Designed invisible doors, designed and selected furniture of laconic shapes, while refusing any ornate details in order to focus on the most important decorative element of this apartment - two bending, pink-colored planes. The purpose of this housing - for rent. So we did not hesitate to be bolder in this space in terms of both solutions and color, deliberately intending to stand out in the overall context of rental housing.
