Aiškus ir elegantiškas – taip galima apibūdinti Šiaulių miesto centre esantį 52 m2 butą, skirtą minimalizmą ir kokybišką poilsį vertinančiam vyrui.
Renovuotame senos statybos name esantis butas nėra didelės kavdratūros, tai ir nulėmė sprendimą apjungti erdves. Į vieną buvo apjungta svetainės, virtuvės bei miegamojo erdvės. Tačiau atsiriboti bent jau vizualiai vis tik yra galimybė. Tarp miegamojo ir svetainės pakabintos erdvę skiriančios užuolaidos. Jas nesudėtinga užtraukti tik prireikus.
Butą į dvi dalis tarsi dalina vonios kambarys. Siekiant sukurti jį maksimaliai funkcionalų, tačiau neišsiplėsti gyvenamųjų erdvių sąskaitą. Jis buvo nugriautas ir sienų perimetras suformuotas atsižvelgiant į jame stovinčius santechninius mazgus.
Vyrauja pasteliniai pilki atspalviai. Akcentinė, gyvybės įnešanti spalva pasirinkta plytų raudona. Pavyko net gi priderinti idealiai tinkantį paveikslą.

Clear and elegant - this is how you can describe the 52 m2 apartment in the center of Šiauliai. For a man who appreciates minimalism and makes high-quility leisure time priority.
The apartment in the renovated old building is not large in size. That is why we led to the decision to combine the spaces. The living room, kitchen and bedroom were combined into one. However, it is still possible to distance yourself, at least visually. Curtains are hung between the bedroom and the living room to separate the space. They are easy to pull on only when needed.
The bathroom divides the apartment into two parts. In order to make it maximally functional, but not to expand the account of living spaces. It was demolished and the perimeter of the walls was formed taking into account the plumbing units standing in it.
Pastel gray shades prevail. The accent color that brings life is brick red. I even managed to match the perfect picture.
