Kauno Žaliakalnio paveldas – ne vieną kartą renovuotas namas, perėjęs skirtingus laikotarpius ir visi jie atsispindėjo tiek namo išorėje tiek viduje. Sudėtingi konstrukciniai sprendimai, laužytos stogo linijos, klaidūs funkciniai planai buvo naujos renovacijos uždaviniai.
Perplanuotos erdvės, jas pritaikant prie naujų šeimininkų poreikių. Teko prisitaikyti prie esamų konstrukcinių sprendinių, kurių nebuvo galimybės pakeisti. Interjere naudota žemiškų, neutralių spalvų paletė, paliekant erdvės suasmeninimui.
Green mountain
The heritage of Kaunas Žaliakalnis is a house that has been renovated many times, passed through periods and all of them were reflected both inside and outside the house. Complicated structural solutions, broken roof lines, improper functional plans were the tasks of the new renovation.
Redesigned spaces, adapting them to the needs of the new owners. Adapted to existing structural solutions that cannot be changed. The interior uses an earthy, neutral color palette, leaving space for personalization.
