For those who care about aesthetics, comfort, quality and innovative solutions in the household. 85 square meters m. housing and two separate outdoor terraces, one of them on the roof of the house, and the other with an outdoor spa area, it does not have blindly closed rooms, but the zoning of the rooms remains, the house is divided into bedroom, guest, kitchen-living room, and toilet areas. The only completely closed space is the sanitary unit, this room has a large window, so the light brings coziness and diversifies the texture of the concrete ceramic walls with patterns of reflections of the western sun. The bedroom space is separated by a transparent glass and black metal sliding partition and a blackout curtain. The technical part of the house and its devices are integrated under the stairs and covered with furniture. The kitchen and dining room become one zone, some of the kitchen appliances are integrated in the furniture section under the stairs, and the food preparation area appears on the island, with an integrated two-in-one induction hob with a hood function, a glass ceramic sink and a dishwasher.
