Neries pašonėje
Projektuojant erdvų 4 asmenų butą Vilniaus Neries krantinės pašonėje, buvo atsižvelgta į jaunos šeimos poreikius.
Buto plane dideli langai su erdviais balkonais buvo išdėstyti į dvi priešingas pastato puses: į uždarą, žalią kiemą rytuose ir į miesto panoramą vakaruose. Įspūdingos miesto panoramos kryptimi, buvo suprojektuota svetainė ir valgomasis. Vidinio kiemo kryptimi, su vaizdu į sodą, buvo suprojektuoti du vaikų kambariai ir miegamasis. Šalia miegamojo, buvo suformuota rūbinė bei įrengtas naujas tėvų vonios kambarys, su skalbykla ir džiovykla.
Interjere vyrauja natūralios, artimos gamtai spalvos ir medžiagos. Bute dominuoja natūralaus ąžuolo grindys, ąžuolo lukšto faneruote dengtos koridoriaus sienos, spintos bei durys. Pro langą, dienos metu matomas dangaus mėlis, tamsesniu tonu atsikartojantis svetainės ir valgomojo gobelene. Šilti ąžuolo tonai, pereinantys į vonios kambarius, derinami su geometrinių formų balto marmuro keraminėmis plytelėmis. Vonios kambarių erdvės praplečiamos veidrodžių pagalba. Miegamajame, švelnaus kolorito tapetai su pienių pūko motyvu derinami su tekstile, sukuriant bendrą jaukumą. Lubų spalva dažoma ne įprasta balta spalva, o parenkamas keliais tonais prigesintas sienų atspalvis. Ši jauki visuma sukuria atpalaiduojančią atmosferą.
Projektuojant erdves buvo siekiama maksimaliai išsaugoti buto lubų aukštį, dėl to rekuperacija buvo išvedžiota patalpų šonuose. Taip pat buvo išsaugotas koridoriaus aukštingumas. Projektuojant buvo numatyti skirtingi apšvietimo scenarijai: dalinai paslėpta LED juosta, priglaistoma LED juosta, lubiniai šviestuvai, bra šviestuvai ir kiti.
Kuriant jaunos šeimos namus, buvo siekiama sukurti vizualiai lengvą ir vientisą vaizdą, tuo pačiu realizuojant praktinius šeimininkų poreikius.

This is a spacious four-person apartment on the side of the Vilnius Neris embankment, designed for a young family.
In the apartment plan, large windows with spacious balconies were placed on two opposite sides of the building: to the enclosed, green courtyard in the east and to the city skyline in the west. The living room and dining room were designed in the direction of the impressive city panorama. Two children's rooms and a bedroom were designed in the direction of the inner courtyard, overlooking the garden. Next to the bedroom, a dressing room was formed and a new bathroom for the parents was installed, with a washing machine and a dryer.
The interior is dominated by natural colors and materials close to nature. The apartment has natural oak floors and corridor walls, cupboards and doors are covered with oak veneer. Through the window, during the day, you can see the beautiful blue sky, which is repeated in a darker tone in the tapestry of the living room and dining room. The warm tones of oak, which move into the bathrooms, are combined with geometric shapes of white marble ceramic tiles. Bathroom spaces are expanded with the help of mirrors. In the bedroom, soft-colored wallpaper with a fluff motif is combined with textiles, creating a general coziness. The color of the ceiling is not painted in the usual white color, but the shade of the walls, muted by several tones, is chosen. This cozy whole creates a relaxing atmosphere.
When designing the spaces, it was aimed to preserve the ceiling height of the apartment as much as possible, as a result, recuperation was carried out on the sides of the rooms. The height of the corridor was also preserved. During the design, different lighting scenarios were foreseen: partially hidden LED strip, recessed LED strip, ceiling lights, bra lights and others.
Creating a house for a young family, the aim was to create a visually light and coherent image, while at the same time realizing the practical needs of the owners.
