ALGIRDO PROMEDA
Algirdo promenada – investicinis projektas, sukurtas nuomai, tačiau išsiskiriantis ne vien funkcionalumu, bet ir emocine patirtimi. Šio būsto pagrindinis išskirtinumas – pro langus atsiveriantis atviruko vertas vaizdas į renesansinę Šv. Stepono bažnyčią, menančią XVI amžių. Kuriant interjerą, prioritetu tapo galimybė grožėtis šiuo istoriniu peizažu iš kiekvienos pagrindinės veiklų zonos.
Sėdėjimo ir gulėjimo zonos buvo suplanuotos taip, kad net ilsintis, skaitant ar dirbant būtų matomas įspūdingas bažnyčios siluetas. Būtent tai paskatino sukurti patogias pakylas prie langų, kurios atlieka kelias funkcijas vienu metu – jos tarnauja kaip laiptai, sandėliavimo vieta su integruotais stalčiais ir jauki pasisėdėjimo erdvė, leidžianti mėgautis vaizdu iš labai arti.
Interjeras kurtas nuomai, todėl estetika pasirinkta lakoniška, neužgožianti langų panoramos. Vis dėlto, vertė kurta ne minimalistiniu taupumu, bet medžiagiškumu: naudotos natūralios, tikros medžiagos, organiškai derančios su šalia esančiais senoviniais istoriniais pastatais. Medienos paviršiai, faktūriški audiniai ir santūrūs tonai kuria jaukų, ilgaamžišką interjerą, išlaikant balansą tarp praktinio funkcionalumo ir pagarbaus santykio su unikaliu kontekstu už lango.

Algirdo Promenade is an investment project conceived not only for functionality, but also for an emotional living experience. The defining feature of this apartment is the postcard-worthy view of the Renaissance St. Stephen’s Church, dating back to the 16th century, visible directly through the windows. When designing the interior, the main priority was ensuring that this historic panorama could be enjoyed from every primary activity zone.
The seating and resting areas were planned so that the impressive silhouette of the church remains visible whether relaxing, reading or working. This inspired the creation of comfortable platforms by the windows, performing several functions at once — serving as steps, integrated storage with drawers, and a cosy seating nook from which the view can be admired up close.
The aesthetic was intentionally kept restrained and unobtrusive, allowing the outdoor panorama to remain the central feature. At the same time, the sense of value is built not on minimalism alone but on materiality: authentic natural materials were selected to harmonise with the neighbouring historic architecture. Wood surfaces, textured fabrics and muted tones create a warm and lasting interior, balancing practical functionality with a respectful relationship to the unique context beyond the windows.
