Šis butas - dviejų butų junginys. Planinė struktūra ištęsto stačiakampio plano, kur pagrindinės, privačios patalpos ir erdvės šliejasi prie terasinių langų. Ilga virtuvė viename gale baigiasi darbo kambariu, kitame- svetainės erdve. Atvėrus darbo kambario stumdomas duris galima jausti ilgą buto perspektyvą persikeliančią ir į terasą. Kitą buto dalį sudaro privati šeimininkų erdvė- su vonios kambariu bei sauna, dviem drabužinėmis ir miegamuoju.
Pagrindinis viso buto interjero akcentas- medinės žaliuzių tipo lubos. Toks sprendimas pasirinktas paaštrinti ir paryškinti gal nuožulnų lubų pasvirimo kampą. Visame interjere dominuoja medis - skirtinga jo tekstūra, ritmika ir grafika. Kontrastui sukurti naudoti juodas metalas, betonas, daug natūralaus akmens, keramikos.
Interjeras sodrus ne tik natūraliomis medžiagomis, tekstūromis, bet ir spalvomis. Didelis dėmesys skirtas apšvietimui- juo čia sukurtas ne vienas nuotaikos scenarijus.
River flat
This apartment is a combination of two apartments. The plan structure is an elongated rectangle, in which the main, private rooms and spaces border the terrace windows. The long kitchen ends at one end with a study, at the other - with a living room. When you open the sliding doors of the study, you can feel the long perspective of the apartment, moving to the terrace. The other part of the apartment consists of a private owners' space - with a bathroom and sauna, two walk in wardrobes and a bedroom.
The main accent of the entire interior of the apartment is a wooden louver-type ceiling. This solution was chosen in order to highlight the angle of inclination of the sloping ceiling. Wood dominates the entire interior - its different texture, rhythm and graphics. Black metal, concrete, a lot of natural stone, ceramics were used to create contrast.
The interior is rich not only in natural materials, textures, but also in colors. Great attention is paid to lighting - it has created more than one mood scenario here.
