Klaipėdos senamiestyje esančio buto privalumas – beveik 4 metrų aukščio lubos ir aukšti langai. Tai išnaudojome dabartiniams šeimos poreikiams. Esminiai elementai – antresolių konstrukcija, laiptai – grynas metalas, šiltos stambių lentų grindys, plytelių bei baldinės plokštės faktūra, grafiškos šviestuvų, baldų, palangių linijos. Viskas apjungiama monochromine spalvų palete. Nors buto plotas tik 42 m², įrengus dvi antresoles miegui, vietoje buvusios virtuvės tilpo vaikų kambarys. Vonioje sąmoningai palikta aukšta erdvė, o hole visas aukštis išnaudotas erdvioms spintoms.

The advantage of the apartment in the Old Town of Klaipėda is 4-meter high ceilings and tall windows. We used this for the current needs of the family. The essential elements are the mezzanine structure, the stairs – both are pure metal, the warm floor of large planks, the texture of the tiles and furniture panels, the graphic lines of the lamps and furniture, windowsills. Everything is combined in a monochrome color palette. Although the area of the apartment is only 42 sq m, by installing two mezzanines for sleeping, a children's room was created in place of the former kitchen. The bathroom deliberately left a high space, and the entire height of the hall was used for spacious wardrobes.
