A place of indescribable beauty between two lakes. In a limited, strict, protected region park on existing foundations, living quarters and maximum use of space: the first and second floors consist of only 120 m² of living space, it has spacious 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen. Basement area is 65 m²: ping pong room, steam-filled room with shower, sauna, bathroom and technical room. Natural materials used in the interior: walls are covered with oak veneer, maintaining the integrity of all spaces, eliminating the boundaries between exterior and interior, on the first floor the volume of the veneer with wardrobes hides, one bedroom. Natural stone slabs were used for the fireplace and kitchen shapes, cooper metal equipment highlights harmonizing the details. The living room area has a TV hanging from the ceiling, which does not restrict movements when it is not in the use and does not block the view through the windows. On the second floor, all the square footage related to the slope is maximized. Where it is inconvenient to walk, the headboards have been pushed back, thus utilizing the space, and niches for wardrobes have also been used to keep the spaces in the rooms as clean as possible. On the second-floor bathroom, a large skylight has been installed, as a solution which allows functional use of the toilet. The house is surrounded by a large outdoor terrace, which one allows family to move around during the summer.
