Svečių namai „St.Casimir Guesthouse“ Vilniaus senamiestyje
Kurdami šiuos apartamentus galvojome apie Vilniaus svečius: smalsius, norinčius pamatyti, sužinoti. Žmones, atvažiuojančius čia bendrauti, investuoti, susitikti su savo partneriais ar šeima, draugais. Apie tuos, kurie kuria, dirba, džiaugiasi, gyvena. Senosios poliklinikos pastato konversija į svečių namus, istoriškai susiklosčiusi patalpų konfigūracija lėmė, kad visi 18 kambarių yra gan skirtingi, o pro langus atsiveria vis kitokie Senamiesčio vaizdai ir panoramos.
Šie apartamentai – tai prisilietimas prie šimtametės Vilniaus senamiesčio istorijos. Prie Šv. Kazimiero Karūnos, prie Vilniaus Rotušės. Tai Didžiosios gatvės istorija. Buvusios poliklinikos pastato grąžinimas į Senamiestį, prikėlimas naujam gyvenimui įpareigojo ieškoti dermės tarp istorijos, Senamiesčio architektūros ir šiuolaikinio gyvenimo būdo estetinių sprendinių. XVII a. pradžioje pastatytame name gyveno miesto burmistras, vėliau čia veikė įvairios parduotuvės, kailių manufaktūra.
Kūrybinė studija Architektai.com pastatą renovuoti planavusiam Užsakovui pasiūlė naują Didžiosios gatvės 32A numeriu pažymėto namo įveiklinimo koncepciją – įkurti autentiškus svečių namus. 18 kambarių išdėstyti per 3 pastato aukštus, o mansardoje įkurti kambariai atvėrė netikėtas senamiesčio panoramas, Šv.Kazimiero karūną. Kambariuose, besiribojančiuose su Šv. Kazimiero bažnyčia, išsaugoti istorinio XVII amžiaus bažnyčios sienos tinko, skliauto fragmentai.
Pusrūsyje vietą rado svetainė/ valgomasis, čia pagrindiniu interjero akcentu tapo atidengta senojo pastato rūsio siena.
Visuose kambariuose ypatingas dėmesys – net smulkiausioms interjero detalėms ir sprendimams. Kokybiškos apdailos medžiagos, šiuolaikinės klasikos baldai ir interjero detalės, tapytojos A. "St.Casimir Guesthouse" Guest house in the old town of Vilnius
Planning this guest house, we thought about the guests of Vilnius: curious, who want to see and learn. People who will come here to communicate, invest, meet their partners or family, friends. About those who create, work, enjoy and live in Vilnius. The conversion of the old clinic building into a guest house and historically developed configuration of the rooms resulted quite different interior in all 18 rooms. Windows of the attic offer different views and panoramas of the Old Town.
These apartments are a touch of the century-old history of the old town of Vilnius. At St. Casimir crown, near Vilnius Town Hall. This is the history of the Didžioji Street. Returning the building of clinic to the Old Town and bringing it to a new life obliged us to search for harmony between the history, the architecture of the Old Town and the aesthetic solutions of the modern lifestyle. 17th century the town mayor lived in this house, later various shops and a fur manufactory operated here.
The studio Architektai.com proposed a new concept for the development of the house numbered 32A on the Didžioji Street to the client who planned to renovate the building - to establish an authentic guest house. 18 rooms are arranged over 3 floors of the building, and the rooms located in the attic opened unexpected panoramas of the old town, the crown of St. Casimir. In the rooms adjacent to St. Casimir's Church, preserved fragments of the historic 17th century church wall plaster and others.
The living room/dining room found its place in the basement, where the exposed basement wall of the old building became the main accent of the interior.
Special attention is paid to even the smallest interior details and solutions in all rooms. High-quality finishing materials, modern classic furniture and interior details, original painting by the painter A. Tamulienė, modern automated hotel administration solutions create a general cozy and modern atmosphere for the guests of Vilnius.
