Namas Burbiškėse

Šis pastatas – jaunai šeimai kurtas vieno aukšto namas Vilniuje. Namo planas atkartoja mažo sklypo formą maksimaliai išnaudojant plotą, kuriame bendros erdvės atsiveria į Burbiškių gamtos apsuptą kiemelį. Interjere dominuoja natūralios medžiagos, kurių akcentu tampa 'šilto' medžio elementai. Norint paslėpti šviestuvus, kitą inžinerinę įrangą bei išlaikyti maksimalų patalpų aukštį, lubose suprojektuotos dekoratyvinės sijos. Dideli langai, puikiai apšviečiamos šviesaus atspalvio erdvės, „šilto“ medžio akcentai bei minimalistinės detalės šiam namui suteikia mid-century nuotaiką.

English

This building is a single-storey house in Vilnius, designed for a young family. The plan of the house follows the shape of the small plot, maximizing the use of the area, where the common spaces open onto a courtyard surrounded by the nature of Burbiškės. The interior is dominated by natural materials, accentuated by 'warm' wooden elements. Decorative beams have been designed in the ceiling to conceal light fittings and other engineering equipment as well to maintain the maximum height of the rooms. Large windows, well-lit spaces with light shades, 'warm' wood accents and minimalist details give this house a mid-century feel.
