Set on the top floor, this 108 m² apartment with an additional 83 m² terrace reimagines what a modern city home can feel like. Here, space and light do most of the talking. The interior was designed to be elegant yet easy to live in every day, so each area blends naturally into the next while keeping a clear, unified look.
The standout feature is the Alpi Verde green marble. Its deep, distinctive tones appear throughout the home — on kitchen and living room finishes, in cabinet details, even along the countertops—quietly tying the spaces together. The walls are finished with a soft marble plaster, and the ceilings echo the shape of the windows; hidden lighting brings in a gentle play of light and shadow.
The layout is simple and thoughtful: a fireplace in the living room, a kitchen with an island, separate work and kids’ areas, and a bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Outside, the large terrace becomes an extension of the home, complete with a smart pergola, an outdoor kitchen, and a relaxed lounge area overlooking the city.
